It will include:

  1. What the Schema is and how it works

  2. How social deprivation develops

  3. Ways to build knowledge and skills

  4. Real-world tips to boost social connection

This guide is especially for educators and SME representatives, offering tools and insights to better understand and address complex social needs, supporting stronger, more connected communities.

Soon the guide will be made available on the project’s website so stay tuned!

Project Meeting Highlights from Maribor, Slovenia

We’re excited to share some key

moments from our recent project

meeting, held on March 25–26, 2025, at

the stunning Vetrinje Mansion in

Maribor, Slovenia.

Over two productive days, our team

came together to reflect on progress

and plan next steps in our mission to

raise awareness about social isolation

and social death.

Here's what we accomplished:

  • Approved a powerful new chapter with 12 interactive, branching

scenarios illustrating real-life experiences of social isolation.

  • Reviewed quality control strategies to ensure excellence and reduce

potential risks.

  • Shared best practices and insights through thoughtful discussions

and collaborative sessions.

  • Strengthened our teamwork and connection through

cultural and team-building activities.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue working

towards meaningful social change!
